With change in the air we need our next Cook to deliver premium quality food with a continual focus on customer service excellence. You will have the opportunity to work in a busy and exciting environment with a growing and diverse crowd.

About you 
- Team Player: You thrive within a team environment whilst willing to learn, adapt and take on feedback
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years experience is preferred; your key personality traits are an advantage as we are looking for fun and happy people
Responsibilities 
- Well presented with high levels of personal hygiene
- Prepare all food using the Jamaica Blue Recipes from Blue Room
- Ensure all food is plated consistently and according to JB standards
- Ensure the production area and equipment is clean, hygienic and maintained at all times
- Communicate with customer service staff regarding specials for the day
- Continuous improvement of kitchen processes and productivity
- Prepare kitchen and food items for the following day
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Keep back of house checklists up to date
Skills & Qualifications 
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexible and adaptable
- Full Qualification related to Cookery (AQF Certificate III and/or AQF Certificate IV)
- Highly Motivated & Career Driven
- Sound knowledge of Cost control, OH&S; and development
- Has extremely high standards with a want to exceed expectations
- High attention to detail, clean, tidy and extremely well organised
