**Customer Service Specialist needed for an immediate start, full-time. $30-32 per hour.**
Our client specializes in earthmoving parts located in Wetherill Park, NSW. Just Automotive Recruitment is assisting in the search for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join the team in Wetherill Park, NSW.
**The Job**:
- Counter and telephone sales
- Provide support to Sales Representatives
- General administration and housekeeping
- Correlation of daily paperwork for HO
- Ordering branch supplies
- Processing and following up on overdue purchases and customer orders
- Keep track of all open orders by checking on stock levels, delivery dates
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Liaise directly with the warehouse to communicate priorities for order flow to meet key demands and urgent requirements.
- Supporting with ad hoc duties as required within the team
**The Person**:
- A highly organized administrator with a solid eye for detail
- Customer and sales focused
- Proficient with computer technology and systems - we will train you
- An optimistic attitude
- A high level of initiative to support your team members and customers - no job is too big or too small
- A strong sense of urgency - the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a parts environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential if you're passionate about learning our industry and product range
