Logistics Coordinator Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to maintain and update our SAP database, manage job documentation and purchasing workflows, ensure ISO compliance, enter payroll data, and provide general administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and timely reporting across logistics and facility operations.
* Perform SAP transactions including goods issuing, stock receipts, and purchase requisitions.
* Support compliance and quality systems including ISO and NATA documentation.
* Enter workforce labour hours into payroll systems and manage training records.
* Assist with consumables ordering, liaising with sales teams on PODs, and general admin tasks.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as 3C's, 5Y's, and 5S's, and support operational activities like stocktakes and despatch.
Requirements:
* Experience in an administration role or similar.
* Warehouse or Logistics industry experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
* Ability to use multiple systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
* SAP experience is desirable.
* Comfortable working in both office and operational environments, with occasional engagement on the shop floor or warehouse areas.
