Cruise Consultant - Travel About the Role We're looking for an experienced Cruise Consultant to join a fast-paced travel team at a leading cruise brand known for delivering unforgettable experiences. You'll handle end-to-end travel bookings, craft personalised cruise packages, and ensure every client enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service to both direct customers and trade partners, handling enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Book and manage cruises, flights, hotels, transfers, and packaged itineraries Process payments, deposits, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Resolve customer queries efficiently, liaising with internal departments and suppliers where required. Actively contribute to meeting KPIs and sales targets, driving repeat and referral business. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years in travel within a retail, wholesale, or cruise position. Strong knowledge of cruise products, airfare and GDS (experience essential). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
