Join our strategic ICT consulting group supporting the administration of successful client project engagements. In this integral role, you will administer and coordinate the setup of projects, invoicing, timesheets and take a proactive approach to resolving challenges associated with system or process variations.

Business Aspect is a mid-sized consultancy providing insightful business and technology services to help clients solve digital and ICT challenges. We are part of the Data#3 Group, who has a robust team of over 1,400 professionals across Australia and Fiji.

In this role you will:

* Arrange, create and maintain engagements in the project management system
* Produce customer invoices
* Coordinate and follow up weekly timesheets
* Reconcile time & tracking against the project management system
* Collate information on new projects/completed projects and ensure details are accurately recorded in the project management system, and provide relevant information to our consultants as required
* Assist in coordination of new starters, including sending information starter pack, training on office and system procedures and onboarding
* Help support the broader operational team with additional tasks as they arise, for example weekly reporting

About You

* You will be a highly motivated individual who works well in a team environment with:
* Experience in office management and/or project administration environments including skills in scheduling and invoicing of resources
* Experience in the usage of client management, billing or time sheeting systems
* Well-developed problem-solving skills, demonstrated in complex, changing environments.
* You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple and changing deliverables and prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent adaptable communication and influencing skills with customers and internal stakeholders
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word.
