Family Connect and Support Worker
We are seeking a skilled Family Connect and Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality intake, referral, outreach and case coordination services to vulnerable children, young people and their families in the community.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with services to provide integrated service responses that support families to resolve issues, promote child wellbeing, prevent escalation to crisis, and foster the development of supportive, protective and nurturing environments for children and young people.
The role involves ensuring that vulnerable children, young people, and families have access to services that are tailored to their specific needs. This includes utilising a child-centered and family-oriented approach to assess strengths, needs, risks, and protective factors.

Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in social work, early childhood, community development or relevant field.
* Valid and current Driver's Licence;
* Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop);
* Valid and current NSW Working with Children Check;
* Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check.
