Role
The Network Support Officer is responsible for maintaining the school's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems and network, ensuring reliability and sustainability to enhance the learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of ICT assets and resources
* Develop, implement, and monitor a replacement plan for information systems and ICT equipment
* Provide technical support to all users throughout the school site on various software applications
* Collaborate with administration to maintain and develop the network system

The successful applicant will ideally work as part of a versatile team, liaise with other Department personnel, communicate with external providers. Experience working in a school would be highly desirable.
A thorough understanding of standard operating systems and their associated software is essential.
This role involves delivering customer service to diverse people. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders is crucial.
The position requires 1-2 days per fortnight at a primary school among four partner schools (Cassia PS & Baler PS). The remainder time will be spent at Hedland Senior High School.”],
