About the Role Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Estimator AND Production Estimator to join their team. There are two separate opportunities available, both offering long-term stable employment with a highly regarded volume builder. These roles will suit individuals looking for genuine career growth and progression into more senior estimating positions. Tasks and Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates relevant to either Sales Estimating or Production Estimating, including standard/non-standard options, earthworks and slab upgrades, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations Support sales, pre-contract and production workflows by incorporating variations, colour selections, client changes and contract amendments as required Maintain accurate quantities and update the Client Price Book using Sales Estimating software Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including customers, supervisors, suppliers, trades and contractors Produce purchase/work orders and complete quantity take-offs in a timely manner Prepare margin reports and review/interpret supplier quotations Skills and Experience Minimum 1 year experience in estimating, with ability to interpret working drawings and solid technical knowledge of residential construction methods (residential construction preferred) Self-motivated, values-driven and target-focused, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach Qualification in Building/Construction and/or trade background highly desirable, along with sound understanding of the building and construction process Exposure to estimating systems including DataBuild highly advantageous Strong ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines, with a genuine desire to progress into more senior estimating responsibilities Benefits and Perks Very supportive and inclusive workplace culture Attractive remuneration package relevant to experience Genuine career progression opportunities into senior estimating roles Opportunity to be part of a hugely successful business and contribute to its future success About the Company This volume homebuilder creates contemporary, welcoming spaces that prioritize everyday liveability and smart design.
