We have a number of exciting opportunities for you to join our HR Business Partner Branch. We are looking for experienced and passionate people who enjoy driving a positive workforce, as well as people and culture outcomes aligned to enterprise objectives.
Working in support of Defence's Senior Leaders, you will analyse and interpret workforce data and associated research to develop innovative, future-focused strategies. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development and delivery of a range of HR related projects.
Our preference, due to the current team location, is to have candidates from Canberra only.
About our Team
The HR Business Partner provides support to members of the Defence Senior Leadership Group to formulate future-focused workforce solutions in support of attraction, engagement, retention, succession planning, wellbeing, performance and culture strategies. We work with our colleagues across the Defence People Group to develop solutions to complex workforce issues and share our knowledge of the customer's workforce context to support the design and improvement of DPG's policies and processes.
