Receptionist – CPAP Victoria – Kew and Port Melbourne Clinics

Part‐time – 35.5 hours per week / 4.5 days per week.
Monday, Thursday and Friday – Kew Clinic; Wednesday and Saturday (half day) – Port Melbourne Clinic.You will have a regular day off on Tuesday.
We have a fabulous team spread across 16 clinics throughout Victoria. Our business is thriving and we are looking for a committed Receptionist to join us on a part‐time basis working 4.5 days a week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and half day on a Saturday. These hours will be from 8:30 am to 5 pm during weekdays and 8:30 am to 1 pm on a Saturday, worked over both our Kew and Port Melbourne clinics.
This role is pivotal. Your team in Kew and Port Melbourne is small but your reach across the business is huge! The role involves face‐to‐face contact with patients as well as significant telephone contact with patients and team members.
You will keep the wheel turning by communicating daily with team members, assisting our online business and answering patients' enquiries over the phone and face‐to‐face.
CPAP Victoria is a leading provider of professional snoring and sleep apnoea services. We provide patients who have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnoea, therapy programmes and products to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
* Answer phones
* Greeting patients
* Booking appointments
* Invoicing and taking payments
* Correspondence
* General administration tasks
* Setting up patients for CPAP trials and assisting in CPAP equipment maintenance & sterilising
* Fitting patients with CPAP masks
* Selling products and conversing with patients regarding their equipment
* Basic marketing and sales administration
* Receiving stock
Skills and attributes
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Apps, Chrome Web browser and Gmail.
* The ability to communicate with patients from all types of backgrounds.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Fantastic personal presentation (we will provide a uniform).
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Professional, warm and friendly disposition.
* A strong work ethic – self‐motivated, pro‐active, takes pride in work.
* A brilliant administrator with excellent organisational and time‐management skills.
* Able to work well independently.
Qualifications
Medical and general reception experience is advantageous. We welcome a health, science, retail and/or sales/marketing background. No qualifications are required, just the desire to learn and provide first‐class customer service. We will provide excellent training and induction.
Intensive training and support will be provided.
