New Graduate Program – Registered Nurse in Aged Care

Adventist Senior Living provides and delivers the following aged care services:-
· Independent Living – Located in Cooranbong, Alstonville, Jewells, Sugar Valley, Tweed Heads and Wyee Point
· Home Care – Providing care for our communities within their own homes
· Residential Care – Avondale House 123 beds, Alton Lodge 42 beds, Alstonville 51 beds
The new graduate program will be facilitated at our Residential Care at Avondale House and Alton Lodge. The pay rate we are offering is $43.91 per hour. Our mission is Serving People and we are looking for dedicated and committed individuals who thrive in an environment where:-

Participants in the program have the opportunity to commence their career delivering clinical excellence and innovation in patient-centred care. The New Graduate Program will expose you to not only Aged Care but a range of specialised services as well.
Our timeline for Recruitment:
· September 24th Applications close
· October 6th – 10th Interviews
· October 20th – 24th Applicants advised of outcome
· October 27th Onboarding process for successful candidates
· February Commencement of the New Graduate Program
Your application must contain and provide evidence of:
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* Having completed a Diploma of Nursing OR a Bachelor of Nursing by December 2025
* Show a commitment to value-based health care
Essential Selection Criteria:
1. Registered Nurse – AHPRA Registration, upon commencement
2. Demonstrate your understanding of what empathy means to you and how your practice will align with the 5 Values of our organisation.
3. NDIS Workers Screen, or willing to get
