This exciting role involves overseeing the daily operations of our counter, conducting professional skin
diagnoses, performing advanced facial treatments, and building a loyal client base. It's the perfect
opportunity for an experienced Beauty Therapist seeking a new challenge outside the traditional salon
environment
What you'll be doing
· Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
· Advising customers on personalised skincare solutions and treatments
· Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work environment
· Driving sales and achieving set retail targets What we're looking for · A Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy · 1-2 years of experience in a similar beauty or retail role · A geniuine passion for skincare and helping clients feel confident in their own skin · Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting · Availability to work every second Saturday and Sunday · Immaculate grooming What we offer · Permanent Part Time Position with a set roster · A supportive and nurturing environment · Ongoing training and development - both virtual and in person · Generous product allowance and David Jones Staff Discount · Monthly incentives and performance-based commission · Overseas Trip if awarded 'David Jones, Ella Bache Therapist of the Year'
