Key Responsibilities
* Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently on construction sites
* Lift, move, and position materials according to site plans and supervisor instructions
* Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues
* Communicate effectively with slingers, signallers, and site management
* Follow all health and safety regulations and site procedures
* Ensure loads are secured and lifted within safe working limits
Requirements
* CPCS or NPORS card preferred
* Proven experience operating tower cranes on busy construction sites
* Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in all weather conditions
