Key Role: Projects Support Officer

The objective of this key position is to oversee and enhance business systems and processes, as well as collaborate with stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.

* Contribute to the successful execution of specialist projects by assisting in the development, transition, and implementation of new or improved business systems, processes, and initiatives.
* Analyse and update existing process documentation, including work instructions, process maps, and training materials.
* Develop fresh documentation and provide training to support the seamless implementation of new systems, processes, or tasks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project outcomes and uphold operational excellence through adherence to business processes and standards.

A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in creating business reports and developing data visualizations, advanced computer literacy skills, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
