Key Responsibilities: Ensuring candidate compliance is maintained and up to date Administration and data entry Advertising and phone screening potential candidates for a variety of roles Running assessment centres for up to 30 people Interviewing and inductions Greeting potential candidates and clients in person Reference Checking Presenting potential candidates to recruitment teams Key Requirements: Previous administrative experience ideally in recruitment Ability to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks Intermediate to advanced Microsoft experience Found U and Job Adder experience – advantageous Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines What’s in it for you?: Weekly Pay Salary $70K super Opportunity for career development Supportive team environment If you feel you have the above attributes please apply online or for a confidential discussion please call Christina on 0466440719.
