Eve Smallgoods is growing rapidly and we have immediate need to hire a skilled butcher with experience in de-boning pork by hand. We would prefer a butcher seeking permanent work. Must be able to lift heavy objects and be reliable.
Qualified Smallgoods Maker/Butcher/Knifehand
* Start time: 5:00am Monday - Friday, NO WEEKEND WORK
* Finish time: varies day-to-day
* Safe food handling and high level of hygiene
* Work both independently and as a member of the team.
* You must have knowledge of all butchering techniques in addition to Smallgoods making.
* Potential for a salary position
