About this Role:
This hands-on teaching position involves designing and delivering engaging learning programs focusing on the Certificate III in Baking with a strong emphasis on cakes and patisserie.
* You will be responsible for delivering interactive classes to a diverse group of students, assessing their progress, providing feedback and support to help them develop their skills.
* Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training meets workplace requirements. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and occupational health & safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced baker or pastry chef who holds relevant qualifications such as Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent, along with a higher qualification in baking or patisserie
