THE POSITION We are seeking Darwin‑based candidates to join our Support Services Team at a remote mine site village. These roles support the day‑to‑day operations of the village and directly contribute to the comfort and wellbeing of residents working away from home. Roles include: Hospitality Allrounders Kitchen Hand Housekeeping Mine Site Cleaners Food and Beverage Attendant Key responsibilities include: Cleaning accommodation rooms, communal facilities and amenities Waste removal, cleaning of bathrooms and shared spaces, and basic grounds work Assisting across multiple kitchen and dining facilities as required Operating cleaning equipment and using manual handling techniques safely Working 11–12 hour shifts across day and night rosters These roles are physically demanding and require a good level of fitness. THE PERSON The FIFO lifestyle can be rewarding but requires commitment and adaptability. You will be flexible, team‑focused and willing to support multiple departments on site.
