The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor who can confidently manage end-to-end estimating while supporting key aspects of contracts administration and project coordination.
This individual will work closely with company leadership to prepare precise, well-structured estimates that drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for diverse construction projects.
* Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to develop sound cost forecasts.
* Maintaining clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding budgets and expectations.
* Preparing and managing RFIs during tender phases.
* Source, assess, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
* Support contracts administration tasks, including variations, progress claims, and reporting.
* Maintain current pricing data, cost databases, and supplier records.
* Participate in internal review and feedback sessions to support ongoing improvement.

Tech-comfortable candidates with experience using BuildXact, Procore, Bluebeam, Wunderbuild, BuildPass and Microsoft Office.
