Our client is delivering some of Australia's most significant infrastructure and resources projects, and we are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with deep bulk earthworks expertise to lead operational performance across the business.

What You'll Lead
Operational Leadership
* Oversee day-to-day operations across bulk earthworks and civil construction projects.
* Drive project performance, productivity, cost control and delivery outcomes.
* Ensure operational plans, resources and schedules align with project and business objectives.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality and efficiency.
People & Stakeholder Management
* Lead, mentor and develop project managers, supervisors and site teams.
* Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
* Foster a high-performance culture grounded in values.
* Support workforce planning, capability development and succession planning.
Project & Commercial Performance
* Monitor project progress, budgets, forecasts and risk profiles.
* Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial and governance requirements.
* Contribute to tender reviews, methodology development and operational input for new work.
* Champion HSE excellence and ensure all operations meet safety standards.
