Are you a commercially savvy analyst with a passion for partnering with business teams to drive performance? Tip Top is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Commercial Finance team, supporting our Independents channel and being a core team member in continuous improvement of our Tableau reporting.

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll be a key business partner to the Commercial team, providing insights and analysis that drive strategic decisions. You'll support pricing, promotions, NPD initiatives and forecasting processes, helping shape the future of our Independents channel.

Purpose of the Role

* Deliver commercial analysis and insights to support decision‐making across product families and channels
* Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate performance, pricing and promotional investments
* Lead and facilitate planning, forecasting and reporting processes
* Develop financial models, business cases and Tableau dashboards to support growth initiatives
* Continuously enhance Tableau reporting to strengthen business intelligence and elevate insight‐driven decision making

About You

* Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Economics and CA/CPA qualification
* 3–5 years' experience in FMCG/Retail, ideally in Commercial Finance or Analytics
* 5+ years of experience with Power BI / Tableau
* Analytical skills through questioning, seeking input, and anticipating and managing risk
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
