Full-Time Community Manager
to lead our team at
Ingenia Taigum

Our Taigum Community is a uniquely diverse mixed-use site, combining long-term all-age rentals, over-50s lifestyle homes, and short-term holiday accommodation just minutes from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, where occupancy often peaks during events; making this Community Manager role uniquely varied and rewarding.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Community, including asset management, financial oversight, team leadership, resident satisfaction, and compliance. Your role will help create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for both residents and guests.

In this Role, You'll
Oversee daily operations including maintenance, compliance, and resident/visitor wellbeing.
Manage budgets and admin tasks such as financial reporting, resident/visitor records, and billing.
Coordinate community events and support resident and visitor engagement activities.
Lead and develop staff, ensuring clear goals, performance management, and team support.
Ensure safety and compliance with WHS standards, council regulations, and emergency procedures.
You're Likely a Match If You Have:
A current First Aid certificate and Fire & Emergency Evacuation accreditation
A driver's licence (MR licence is a bonus for bus operation)
Experience in community, property, or holiday park management, with strong leadership and communication skills
Confidence in handling emergencies, maintenance tasks, and working independently
Physical capability for light manual tasks and comfort using cleaning and kitchen equipment
Energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. Love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
