**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Leasing Executive to join our high-performing team.
Working on a high performing Shopping Centre asset in NSW, the Leasing Executive will drive relationships with stakeholders whilst ensuring the current financial year business plan is delivered.

**Based at our Sydney head office with the flexibility to work from our Assets and home the Leasing Executive will**:
- Manage the cash flow for Shopping Centre they are assigned to, and achieve vacancy targets.
- Manage the renewal profile.
- Manage a leasing budget for each financial year.
- Regular forecasting and reporting against financial year budget.
- Develop leasing strategy with a view to optimise the retail mix.
- Ensure timelines are met with lease administration, design and tenancy co-ordination.
- Assume responsibility for the opening of new stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future retail customers.
- Embrace green building principles and DDA requirements while balancing commercial / stakeholder imperatives.
- Embrace green initiatives through design and Fit Out guidelines.
- Contribute to the ongoing review and improvement of Operational Risk processes.
- Ensure understanding of and performance consistent with applicable internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements as well as the internal escalation procedures.
**About You**
An experienced Retail Leasing Executive you love working with Retailers to drive outcomes.
- Relative property industry experience in shopping centre leasing
- Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship-building skills
- Experience in structuring lease deals
- Strong analytical and finance skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like SalesForce and SAP.
- Great customer focus, with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Ability to work within a team environment whilst achieving results on an individual basis
- Appropriate tertiary / industry qualifications
