ACCOUNTS & RTO ADMINISTRATION
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Fortnight Payroll, superannuation,
o Processing leave
o Setting up new starters and termination calculations
o Process superannuation payments
· Accurate data entry for accounts payable (XERO)
o Processing all bills
· Accurate data entry for accounts receivable
o Invoicing all clients
o Raising quotes as necessary
· BAS, PAYG
o Ability to lodge BAS and PAYG with ATO
· Maintain trainer qualification register, ensure all trainers and assessors hold and maintain currency in relevant qualifications and units of competency
· Organising required information agenda etc and minuting management meetings monthly (including collation of marketing data)
· Monitor traineeship in NSW and WA.
· Submit required data reports on time including:
o Total VET Activity Reporting
o Quality Indicator Reporting
o Assisting the CEO in completing the Annual Declaration on Compliance
· Distribute pre-enrolment information
· Liaise with contract trainers, site trainers and Sitetrain trainers
· Monitor industry engagement and Validation schedules
· Monitor third party agreements
· Undertake ongoing learning of rules and regulations pertaining to RTO compliance
· Scheduling and liaising with clients to book training courses
· Advertising upcoming Public Courses newspapers and monitoring and updating all Public Courses on our website
· Maintaining Job Board and Outlook calendar co-ordination on a regular basis
Other Duties
· General running and administration of the office including ordering/purchasing of stationery, training equipment, general office supplies etc as required
· Assist with the processing of completed courses when required
· Assist with course preparation, printing, packing and ensure all relevant information is ready for trainers when required
· Filing & Archiving
· Scanning
· Manning office telephone – both landline and mobile
· Running Survey Monkey, Website and Facebook page
