About the Role
* Assist driving a customer‐centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
* Apply your commercial acumen to elevate the store performance
* Support with the execution of visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sale opportunities are leveraged
* Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high‐performance culture.
* Work with store leadership to drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back‐of‐house administration
* This role is working Part Time 28 hours a week

* Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in fast‐paced retail environment.
* An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
* An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing your creativity.
* Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
