Key Qualifications, Attributes & Responsibilities:

A minimum of 2 years as a Sous Chef or similar role, OR, a minimum of 5 years working as a CDP or similar.

* Preferred Qualifications
Bring at least 2 years of leading high-energy kitchen experience, along with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Kitchen Management for an exciting career with us
