About the Role This is an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join a growing construction team, working across multi-residential apartment developments. You’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects, supporting from procurement through to final accounts while working closely with Project Managers and site teams. You’ll gain strong exposure across the full lifecycle of apartment builds, with involvement in subcontractor procurement, cost control, and contract administration on well-run projects.
