About the company An established yet growing Building Contractor seeks a Senior Contract Administrator for a high-end luxury high-rise Mixed-Use (Residential & Commercial) building in Brisbane. It's a growing company yet well established, this specific project is valued at $100m, it specialises in the luxury building sector, it's an established business with a successful track record of delivering projects in the sector. It has a team of personable and inspiring leaders from the Directors through to the Project Managers and Construction Managers. About the Role: We are looking to identify a Senior Contracts Administrator to work on this high-end project. You will manage and administer contracts, prepare and assess variations, progress claims and payments. You will also assist procurement, tender packages and subcontractor management. You will report to the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager and work closely with the site teams, consultants and subcontractrors. Requirements Experience working as a Contract Administrator on Multi-Unit Residential /Mixed-Use / Commercial builidng projects of significant value, ideally mid to high-rise.
