Strategise and develop people programs to engage and motivate a diverse field organisation across Australia and New Zealand Deeply engage across the field organisation, including Regional Managers, Supervisors and Community Specialists. Working closely with other members of the Central Field Team and the National Field Leader to build people engagement strategies intrinsically linked to business outcomes You will demonstrate passion for Apple’s commitment to unparalleled customer service Inspire and drive the field team, including communicating individual and team goals, identifying areas for mentoring and guidance, and implementing development programs for the team to build vital skills and knowledge to achieve performance targets. Ensure that business operations run seamlessly and the Apple customer experience is exceptionally delivered through your committed leadership and role modelling. Develop impactful relationships across the Field Teams and with country counterparts, including Account Managers, RTM Leads, Central Sales Team, etc. This position will lead leaders across the country and will require 20-30% travel across Australia and New Zealand. Minimum 10 years in people leadership or engagement, within a Sales or Retail environment. Passionate about Customer Service and have proven success in building people engagement strategies You are a seasoned leader who deeply recognises the power of people programs in delivering business outcomes. You know how to motivate people within a Retail environment, particularly those in complex sales environments. Ability to plan, engage and develop inclusive teams through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support. Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills. Ability to communicate effectively, engage actively, and build strong relationships internally and externally by instilling trust and integrity. Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple’s values. Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimise processes and create solutions. Ability to set the pace for teams by energising a sense of collaboration, urgency, quality and priority with an approach to building community. Strong written and verbal communication across all areas of the Apple Business, including within our Field Organisation and across the corporate organisation
