In this role, you will support highly credentialed and respected Partner, Kym Kerr.Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:Preparing legal documents and letters;Diary management;Dictaphone typing using Bighand;Billing - amending bills and creating letters;Filing;Archiving;Safe custody;Formatting of documents; andFile management including liaising with clients, barristers, family report writers, mediators, etc.Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience as a legal assistant.
You will possess solid administration experience in a skilled services environment.
The successful applicant will be an integral member of a cohesive and collaborative team.
You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have good attention to detail, a proven history of meeting deadlines and have strong commercial acumen.
