ABOUT THE ROLE:We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to work along our Operations Team either based in Dunsborough or Belmont.
Our scope of works are currently Earthworks, Rehabilitation & NPI Civil Construction with multiple projects commencing and others in the pipeline.
We also have a Labour Hire entity of the business where you will also be assisting in Mobilisation, mostly across Mining production, construction and shutdowns in the Pilbara region.
This vital position within the company will be responsible for all facets of the mobilisation process and ensuring that the onboarding of new employees is run efficiently and effectively while achieving all requirements set out by the team to meet client requirements and deadlines.
KEY DUTIES:Coordinate employee and subcontractor onboarding, ensuring all new hires complete necessary documentation, company and client inductions, and HSE Requirements.Booking inductions, medicals and training for candidates.Liaise with HR and recruitment teams to ensure smooth transitions of new hires into projects.Ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements (tickets, medicals, inductions) are completed and uploaded into company systems including MyOSH, Pegasus and internal job folders.Collaborate with site managers and project teams to ensure mobilisation schedules align with project timelines and rosters.Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for mobilised staff as required, ensuring smooth deployment to project sites.Reporting on a weekly basis of mobilisation and onboarding numbers.REQUIREMENTS:3 years experience ideally within Mining and civil construction industryClear and professional communication skillsMS Suite experience (Microsoft Excel & Project) utilising Excel and Smartsheet for rostering and updating mobilisation informationPrevious experience utilising Pegasus program (advantage)Proactively engage with clients and project leads to confirm mobilisation requirements, particularly for new or rapidly changing projects.Comfortable working without rigid processes — able to adapt and take initiative.Go above and beyond to support new starters through the onboarding process, including chasing up outstanding qualifications and documentation.WHY US?Well established Company with a strong record of long tenure within the CompanyVarious office locations to work from (Dunsborough, Perth & Karratha)Employee Assistance Program offeredClose & long term working relationship with Tier 1 Clients with a lot of repeat workA Company big enough to deliver; but small enough to care about all Employees.
