THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to Department Supervisor, the Trainee Production Supervisor, based at either our Whittingham or Young establishment will:
Supervise boning room/slaughter floor employees to ensure operational, training and safety requirements are met
Control product quality outputs from production to meet customer requirements
Maximise yield and profitability from product
Promote organizational values and expectations
Develop and implement corrective actions appropriate for internal and external findings
Ensure shift manning is maintained and targets are being consistently met
Be available to travel between both site locations to support production when required
