A global leader in the Personal Health and Consumer Electronics industry is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator for a 6-month contract. This role is essential to the execution and delivery of marketing activities across a diverse personal health portfolio.
The position is a hands‐on, execution‐focused role designed to drive operational excellence, allowing the broader marketing team to remain focused on strategy and growth.
The Marketing Coordinator serves as the \"engine room\" of the department, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and meticulous asset management. He/she acts as a central coordination point, working closely with Consumer Marketing Managers, Media, and eCommerce teams to ensure all deliverables meet strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Operations: Managing the end‐to‐end lifecycle of marketing assets, including downloading, naming, formatting, and organizing central libraries.
* Campaign Enablement: Coordinating the delivery of ATL and brand campaign assets across multiple channels and liaising with creative agencies to ensure technical specifications are met.
* Financial & Administrative Support: Managing the internal PO process, vendor setup, and invoice tracking while assisting with budget oversight for campaigns and samples.
* Sample Management: Coordinating sample orders and maintaining visibility over spend and allocation.
* System Maintenance: Raising and managing tickets to resolve system issues and ensuring product information accuracy.
Ideal Candidate
* 1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or assistant‐level role.
* Experience working for a Global FMCG or Retail company.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
* A solutions‐oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
* A focus on execution, enjoying the process of bringing marketing strategies to life through operational precision.
