Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is looking for a new Project Manager to support our established Karratha Projects team within our Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital portfolio. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will see yourself delivering a variety of SMP projects across Cape Lambert, Dampier and Mesa. This role will be supporting various large scale projects with continued longevity across our newly awarded Rio Tinto SMP projects contract. You will see yourself supporting all aspects of our operations, from tendering and estimating to execution though quality assurance with health and safety at the forefront of our works. Our dedicated team has a range of experience within this area and are expected to grow further as we establish out footprint in the Karratha region. Key Responsibilities
* Managing the entire life cycle of our SMP Projects
* Participating in the tendering and estimating process
* Effectively managing procurement processes and resource use
* Directing HSE and environmental targets to ensure the safety of our work environment
* Establishing a high quality of work in all aspects of execution
* Managing commercial and cost control requirements
* Facilitating strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders
What you'll bring
* Established experience in Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital projects
* 5+ years of experience managing and coordinating SMP based work scopes
* Strong ability to build and maintain internal/external professional relationships
* Proven experience managing project lifecycle end to end
* Ability to provide sound leadership and guidance across all stakeholders involved
* Developed analytical skills across all aspects of the work scope
* Dedication to the safety and integrity of our team in everything we do
