With more than 40 years in the civil industry, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality infrastructure projects while maintaining an excellent team culture and long-term career opportunities. These roles offer exposure across a range of civil works throughout Canberra and surrounding areas, with strong support, professional development and genuine career progression. We are looking for motivated candidates with local experience and ideally 2-3 years' experience in civil construction. Transferable leadership and construction skills will also be considered for Foreman positions. Civil Foreman Key Responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day site operations and civil crews * Coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials * Ensure works are delivered safely and to specification * Monitor productivity, programme and quality standards * Conduct toolbox talks and maintain WHS compliance * Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers Ideal Background * Previous civil or construction leadership experience * Ability to lead teams and manage site activities * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * White Card required Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 super Civil Engineer Key Responsibilities * Support delivery of civil infrastructure projects * Assist with planning, programming and project coordination * Monitor quality, compliance and site progress * Review drawings and technical documentation * Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers * Support reporting and project administration Ideal Background * Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualification * 2-3 years' experience in civil construction * Strong technical and organisational skills * Ability to work closely with site and project teams Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 super Why join? ✔️ Long-term ACT project pipeline ✔️ Career progression opportunities ✔️ Supportive and professional environment ✔️ Excellent workplace culture ✔️ Stable and respected civil contractor About the company The employer is a highly respected civil construction contractor delivering infrastructure projects across Canberra and surrounding areas.
