Why join us We offer both a competitive salary and a focus on work life balance Join a team where hard work and fun coexist, creating a positive workplace culture Opportunities for continuous learning and career development What you'll be doing Read plans and accurately set out formwork, screeds and control joints Place, level and finish concrete to meet specified textures and tolerances Troubleshoot directly with builders and management, pumpies etc Coordinate with pump/boom operators and other trades to facilitate continuous pours Manage curing, jointing and surface repairs to ensure quality and longevity Head/lead our first all-in team Safely operate and maintain finishing tools, following SWMS/OHS Record concrete deliveries, report any site or material issues and protect finished surfaces Operate effectively as part of a professional, friendly and positive team About you 2 years as a Concrete Finisher Proven ability to finish concrete surfaces to a high standard Excellent knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, material and equipment General knowledge of steel fixing and formwork Commitment to quality, every time Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations and safety requirements Forklift or other construction equipment operation experience a bonus Current Construction White Card Who are we Wardle Construction is a medium sized, down-to-earth company, specialising in Form/Reo/Pour packages for beautiful, architecturally designed, high-end residential projects in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
