HR Senior Advisor Role Overview
Burger Urge is seeking a capable, independent HR Senior Advisor to join our People & Culture team and support our restaurant network and support office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as an expert in human resources management
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, possess a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision while being part of a collaborative team environment.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to think critically, solve problems effectively, prioritize tasks efficiently,
and demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced environments.
A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience is preferred but not essential.
