About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to play a pivotal role spanning Salesforce platform administration and DevOps engineering, bringing together configuration, automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and observability to support the Department's digital platforms and associated integrations.
Reporting to the Schools Training & Support Lead, this role ensures the stability, integrity, and effective operation of the Department's platforms with equal accountability across Salesforce administration and DevOps practices including automation scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
This role partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure platform capabilities – across both Salesforce and the broader DevOps toolchain – are aligned with operational needs and organisational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
* Mandatory:
o Minimum 3 years' experience in Salesforce Administration combined with demonstrated experience in DevOps practices; or 5 years in a comparable blended technical platform and operations role.
o Demonstrated experience developing operational reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring and compliance.
o Experience managing system configuration, data management, and user access controls.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
o Accreditation for Working with Children (if applicable).
