Description
Our focus on quality and exceeding our customers' needs means that as a business we are continuously growing. As a result, we are looking for experienced pick and packers to join our food production team based at our facility in Banyo. You will manage the day-to‐day tasks and ensure the smooth running of production while adhering to safety and quality standards. Guaranteed 5hrs per day, with the scope to work up to 7.6hrs or 10hrs per day. Shift times
* Casual NIGHT SHIFT positions
* 11pm or 1am start, Monday to Thursday.
What does our PACK OUT TEAM do?
* Pack various food products into eskys allocated for specific orders
* Clean and maintain eskys
* Work on production line in team workplace
* Label orders
* Work in a rapid‐paced setting
* Stand for an extended period of time
* Ensure accurate products are picked and packed
* Repetitive picking
About you
* Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, quick‐paced environment
* Experience in food production would be highly regarded
* Be able to work in a cold environment set to 5 degrees, possibility of freezer work
* The ability to work within strict food quality standards and guidelines
* Positive communication skills and both written/verbal
* Understand the importance of team work with an energetic and flexible approach
* Be reliable and punctual
* Must be physically fit, able to move and lift products up to 15kgs
