Role Overview: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service and technical support for laptops, mobile phones, and other computer peripherals Manage book-ins for repair jobs and faulty items, ensuring customer satisfaction Process returns and faulty products, coordinating repairs, replacements, or credits as needed Liaise with suppliers and repair agents to ensure prompt repairs or replacements Apply screen protectors and set up computers for customers Undertake cashiering and sales duties as required What We’re Looking For: Confident communication skills and the ability to handle conflict with empathy and understanding Exceptional customer service skills Basic technical understanding of computers and related products Availability to work public holidays and late-night trade on Thursdays Retail experience is desirable Availability: Preferably Sunday to Thursday Why Join Us?
