About the role
We have permanent and casual bus driver vacancies at our depots in Aldgate and Mount Barker in the Adelaide Hills. We operate Adelaide Metro routes between the Adelaide Hills and the city, 7 days a week. If you have a passion for customer service and driving, this is a great opportunity to build a safe, rewarding, and flexible career.
Responsibilities
- Drive buses safely and in accordance with timetables and operating procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Read, understand and communicate in English; read maps and timetables; operate radio and learn operating procedures and systems.
- Demonstrate a positive and flexible outlook and a focus on safety.
About you
- Genuine interest in driving.
- Passion for customer service.
- Good communication skills and ability to read maps and timetables.
- Positive, flexible, and safety-focused mindset.

What you will need
- A current and valid driver’s licence (HR desirable but not essential; assistance provided).
- Right to live and work in Australia; currently residing in SA.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening).
- Large Passenger (LP) desirable, or willing to obtain one.
We offer assistance in obtaining the following qualifications (not required before interviews):
- Upgrade to HR licence.
- Attainment of Large Passenger (LP) Accreditation.
- Valid Working with Children Check clearance.
