Requirements:
* Australian law degree or equivalent overseas degree recognized in Australia.
* Practicing Certificate or eligibility to attain one.
* At least three years' post-qualification experience in commercial law advisory work, preferably including government procurement and contracting.
* Strong leadership and management skills for senior legal officers and legal officers.
* Excellent technical legal advice writing, second counselling, and research skills.
* Sophisticated relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
