Business Growth Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Specialist to play a pivotal role in building our distribution network across key regions. You will identify and qualify potential distributor partners, manage their onboarding process, and drive their enablement to ensure successful market penetration and growth.
Your primary objective will be to collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to execute our go-to-market strategy and deliver value to all stakeholders. This involves identifying high-potential distributor partners in targeted regions, focusing on IT distributors, AI hardware providers, and systems integrators.
You will present our vision, solutions, and partner value proposition to prospective partners, including delivering live product demos and vision deck presentations. Additionally, you will drive the full distributor onboarding lifecycle: NDA execution, territory rights negotiation, partner agreement signing, and enablement activities.
A key aspect of this role is supporting partners in developing their regional channel and reseller networks, including government agencies where applicable. You will also act as the primary point of contact for distributor partners, ensuring ongoing support, performance tracking, and relationship management.
Collaboration with our product, marketing, and operations teams is essential to aligning partner activities with business objectives and market feedback. Maintaining accurate records of partner activities, pipeline, and performance metrics is also crucial for your success in this position.
