We are seeking a creative and organised Media & Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activity across the Doyle Group. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can work across multiple brands, and is confident coordinating content, campaigns, and digital platforms in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with internal teams across the Group, you will support day-to-day marketing delivery, manage social media channels, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Group's brand presence.
About the Role
You will coordinate media and marketing activity across the business, with a strong focus on social media, digital content, and campaign execution. The role is hands-on and varied, covering content creation, scheduling, reporting, and support for events and promotional initiatives across multiple Doyle Group entities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
* Plan, build, and monitor advertising and content campaigns
* Create accurate and engaging social media posts
* Support video content production, editing, and scheduling
* Coordinate promotional and branded materials across the Group
* Assist with marketing for projects, developments, events, and sponsorships
* Identify photo and drone opportunities across projects
* Manage online job advertisements and recruitment marketing
* Stay up to date with social media and digital marketing trends
