The Role

As a Group Reservations Coordinator, you will liaise with travel and wholesale agents, companies, PCO's and social/leisure contacts for their group's requirements. You will take ownership for all aspects of a group booking and communicate the details to all relevant departments within Crown in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Your Skills

You'll bring:

- Extensive experience in customer-facing roles

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products

- Advanced time management and organisational skills
">
- Ability to analyse problems, identify and implement effective solutions

- Experience within the Hospitality Industry

- Experience in Property Management Systems and/or Global Distribution Systems
