Wollongong | In-Office & Community Sessions | Commencing Late Feb / Early March
Sydney Health & Care Services (SHCS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health team in a Wollongong-based role, delivering therapy across both community and clinic settings, with the role commencing in late February / early March.
About the Role
You will provide occupational therapy services to NDIS participants through a mix of:
* Community-based sessions, including in-home supports
* Clinic-based sessions from our Wollongong office therapy room
This blended delivery model allows flexibility while maintaining strong clinical collaboration and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver OT assessments and interventions in community and clinic settings
* Conduct functional assessments, capacity building, and goal-focused interventions
* Complete NDIS documentation and reports (FCA, AT, home modifications where relevant)
* Collaborate with participants, families, and support coordinators
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
About You
You are a motivated and professional Occupational Therapist who is confident working across environments and building therapeutic relationships.
You will bring:
* Occupational Therapy qualification with current AHPRA registration
* NDIS experience preferred but not essential
* Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Working with Children Check
* First Aid and CPR
