This is a challenging role that requires someone to lead recruitment and onboarding, as well as general human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the human resources sector and be able to interpret and apply relevant employment legislation.


Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill this position. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in creating a positive culture and employee experience at our organisation.

* Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for our staff.
* HR Systems and Processes: Assist in improving HR systems and processes through a partnership model with other teams.
* Culture and Wellbeing: Coordinate and implement various culture and wellbeing events and activities to improve employee experience and engagement.
* Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the employee onboarding and offboarding process, conducting general inductions and training sessions for new employees and exit interviews.


Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to sensitively deal with complex situations and confidential matters.

* Human Resources Experience: Strong previous experience in the human resources sector with an awareness of all generalist HR functions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively.
* Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and good organisation skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and meet competing deadlines.
