Reporting directly to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:
- Handle end-to-end accounts receivable functions
- Thoroughly review and process customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding their account status
- Resolve any issues or inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer transactions and ensure timely collections
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to develop streamlined accounts receivable processes and procedures.
- Assisting with end of month reporting related to Accounts Receivable
**The Successful Applicant**:
- 3 years experience working in a similar accounts receivable position.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prides themselves on outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
