We are looking for a passionate and motivated Naturopath/Nutritionist (qualified or currently studying) to join our team at Go Vita Grafton This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, has a strong interest for health and natural therapies, and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with general advice on products and support customers in store
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions
- Replenish stock, merchandising, and maintain store presentation
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Attend monthly product training sessions
About you:
- Qualified Naturopath or Nutritionist or currently studying
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
- A customer service wizard
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused attitude
- A strong passion for health, wellness, and natural therapies
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Keen to continue learning and developing within the natural health space
Availability and requirements:
- Available to work 3 days per week
- Weekend availability is essential
- Required to attend monthly product training sessions
- Available for immediate start
