W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives across multiple venues while supporting the Director of Marketing and the day-to-day execution of the hotel marketing plan and marketing channels.
THE ROLE
* Execute marketing initiatives across hotel venues
* Support the Director of Marketing in delivering the hotel's marketing plan and managing day‑to‑day marketing activities
* Manage digital platforms
* Coordinate and oversee content creation, including photoshoots and video production
* Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral across various hotel outlets
* Support partnership and brand collaboration opportunities
* Assist with marketing activations and campaigns
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or minimum 2-3year's experience in a similar role, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
* Strong copywriting skills. Experience in drafting engaging marketing communications across a variety of channels and mediums
* Experience in social media strategy, management and content creation
* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or equivalent
* Excellent organisational, project management and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of local market and consumer trends is a plus
